Starting from an analysis of new trends that characterise the world of butchery, Cean designed and created MixoMeat, a new concept for points of sale geared towards flexible spaces allowing various services to be met according to the needs of the customer ranging from traditional butcher’s shops, to take away, from preparation and open-plan kitchen to tasting and eating with the Minù module.
